We’re now 19 weeks into the pregnancy, and I (Aaron) was able to feel the baby for the first time. There are usually a couple times during the day when Jen starts to feel really strong kicks from the baby…
It didn’t look like it was going to happen, but God came through and gave us a beautiful white Christmas in Mt. Pleasant. Jen and I went out for a nice drive together on Christmas Eve and enjoyed the falling snow. Then we woke up on Christmas to a beautiful snowy morning. Read on for a few pictures and a virtual-tour of our snow-covered street.
Seventeen weeks into the pregnancy, Jen has started feeling our baby move inside her quite a bit. There have been a lot of great things about being pregnant so far, but this is definitely one of the coolest yet.
We took a few pictures of Christmas decorations around town this evening after church. Mt. Pleasant does a really nice job of decorating downtown for the holidays.
THE BIG NEWS — We’re expecting our first baby on May 23rd. When Jen was 8 weeks pregnant, we had an ultrasound and got our first look at our little one. I’m attaching a copy of the first picture we got. We’re having another ultrasound in a few weeks. We’re looking forward to seeing the baby again and hope to find out if it’s a boy or girl.
