Kayla is two-years-old today! Here’s what Kayla has done so far on her special day.
Aaron and I greeted her in her room this morning when she woke up, singing “Happy Birthday.” She was lying there in her nightgown with her diaper off, one of her new favorite things to do.
We went to play group at 10:00, and Kayla said “thank you” without being prompted by me. That was pretty cool.
When we came home, Kayla pretended to cook her baby in the bread machine. 🙂
This weekend we have a couple parties for her, and we’re also having her pictures taken. Should be fun.
Wow am I a bad grandma! I thought today was her b’day. 30 lashes with a wet noodle for me. 🙁
Well that is a nice new favorite thing for her to do: taking off her diaper. Sounds like she’d better get busier with the potty training. 🙂
