Sappy Mommy Moments

June 13, 2006 - By Jen

Madeline is starting to outgrow her 0 – 3 month clothes and easily fits into 3 – 6 month stuff now.  As I folded one of her sleepers today, I mentally noted that it was time to put it in the bin of outgrown clothes.  Looking at the cute pink pajamas, I wondered Is this the last time we’ll use this sleeper?  Only God knows if we’ll ever have a little girl who weighs less than 12 lbs. again.  I get so emotional about things like this!  It’s like I want to squeeze her into each outfit one last time.  I was that way with Kayla, too.  That’s why I was so happy to find out we were going to have another little girl born in the same season.  So only time will tell if we’ll put another baby in that sleeper again.  Who knows, maybe we’ll have a boy wearing pink.  Just kidding.  🙂

You might be surprised how many babies wore pink and never knew about it. 🙂
