Kayla is also doing fantastic with her eating and sleeping schedule. She typically eats her last, late meal around 10:30 and then goes to bed. For a while, she’d been sleeping until around 3:30 each night, waking up for a quick feeding, and then falling right back to sleep until morning. But lately, she’s been stretching out how long she will sleep into the night before waking up to eat. Last night, she set her new record with 6 and a half hours. We’re so proud of her and are very blessed to be pretty well rested parents.
